Preparación

To make the cocoa cake you will need:

295g cocoa cake mix (the whole envelope)
250g egg (equivalent to 5 small eggs)
50g butter or coconut oil
100ml of water

Step by Step:

1. Mix the wet ingredients (eggs, butter or coconut oil and water) in a bowl.

2. Add the mix (contents of the sachet), mix until forming a homogeneous mass.

3. Distribute the mixture in a rectangular mold (9x18) previously lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

4. Place the cake on the lower shelf of the oven. Lower the temperature to 170ºC and bake for 45 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick. This should come out dry.

5. Let cool. Enjoy eating healthy!

(Times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven).

Conservation:

Store in a dry, cool, odor-free place.
Once prepared, consume preferably within 5 days, and keep in the refrigerator until consumption.

If you decide to freeze it, we recommend defrosting it the night before in the refrigerator, and not freezing it again.
